The Days of Our Lives recap for Wednesday, January 30 has Ben threatening Claire and she’s smart enough to be scared!
Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) interrupted Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) and Tripp’s (Lucas Adams) afterglow. He wanted Claire’s help to get in touch with Ciara and when Tripp asked why she would, he outed their partnership.
Claire denied it but Ben insisted it was true and Tripp walked out. After, Claire rubbed it in that Ciara and Theo are probably getting back together and when she went to hit Ben, he scared her with his reaction. However, he did assure her he won’t hurt her.
JJ (Casey Moss) wanted to help Haley (Thia Megia) but suggested her sister may not have wanted to help her. JJ felt there has to be a way to make things better, but she regretted dragging him into it and took off. She ran into Tripp and he took her out to eat.
Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) told Adrienne (Judi Evans) about Jack running for mayor and remarked he sounds like the old, bad Jack. S
Jack (Matthew Ashford) researched Xander and asked Eve (Kassie DePaiva) what he wanted from her. She said sex but she told him she only wanted Jack and they kissed. He asked about the memory serum and she denied any knowledge.

She wanted him to forget the past and focus on their future — and kissed him. An overwhelmed Jack took off, asking to be left alone. He ran into Jennifer and Adrienne, but then took off to see JJ.
Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) asked Marlena (Deidre Hall) how she can smooth things over with Eric. She told her to try talking to him but then was surprised she reunited with Rex.
Rex (Kyle Lowder) asked Eric (Greg Vaughan) if he’d mind if he brings Sarah back to their place after a date.
Eric said he didn’t but then Roman (Josh Taylor) arrived to watch the game and noted the awkwardness. Roman was shocked to learn Sarah and Rex reconciled.
