The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Wednesday, September 19 features Bill and Steffy standing strong in matters both personal and business.
Not Without My Son!
Justin (Aaron D. Spears) can’t believe that Katie (Heather Tom) and Thorne (Ingo Rademacher) are engaged! Bill (Don Diamont) jokes since Katie and Thorne are getting married to give Will (Finnegan George) a stable environment that maybe he and Justin should get married!
Bill says there’s no way that he’s going to visit Will on Thorne’s timetable! Justin brings Bill’s lawyer up to speed on Katie’s news.
Model Behavior
Zoe (Kiki Barnes) is thrilled about Xander (Adain Bradley) modeling for Intimates. She flirts shamelessly with him and then kisses him. Meanwhile, Hope (Annika Noelle) can’t believe that Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) has hired Sally (Courtney Hope) away from being on her team!
Hope is upset that Steffy won the fashion competition. Steffy responds that life isn’t fair in personal issues, a clear reference to Liam (Scott Clifton), as she has learned and now Hope is learning that life’s not fair in business!
Family Announcement
Katie and Thorne share the news of their engagement with the family in Eric’s office. Quinn (Rena Sofer) wonders how Bill took the news. Katie turns her gaze to Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), after saying Bill was furious upon learning their news.
Ridge (Thorne Forrester) supports Katie; he later leaves in a huff, frustrated that no one seems to realize Bill will do anything to win.
Later, Brooke tells Katie that she’s concerned about everyone being hurt during the custody fight. She doesn’t mention Bill by name, but it appears he’s on her mind.
Ridge drops by Bill’s office and the two men spar over Will’s custody. Bill refuses to take Ridge’s bait and refrains from slugging him. Bill calls Thorne a “real Ward Cleaver” who will raise Will to be “a doormat!” Bill vows that he won’t lose Will — and there’s nothing Ridge or Thorne can do about it!
