The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: A Strange Reality Check

The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Monday, September 16, 2019, features a strange morning for Ridge and a wake-up call for Brooke.

Well, Hello Shauna
The Dressmaker suffered a crisis of conscience when he woke up in a strange room with Shauna (Denise Richards) bringing him breakfast in bed. Where am I? Why are you here? What’s going on? Ridge had a lot of questions and Shauna was more than happy to answer them.

Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) was horrified to learn Shauna not only spent the night too but in the same bed. Oh sure, nothing happened, but this doesn’t look good and certainly does not feel good. How can he tell Brooke?

They quickly agreed Brooke should never know. It would ruin Ridge’s marriage and destroy any chance Flo (Katrina Bowden) and Shauna have of getting back in the Logans’ good graces. There was no need to make things worse than they actually are.

The Truth Hurts
Meanwhile, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) was at home worrying sick about her wayward hubby. Lucky for her, she didn’t have to suffer alone. Eric (John McCook) stopped by for a visit and tried to talk Brooke down. He also set her straight about a few things like who ALL the victims are in the baby swap situation.

Yes, Hope (Annika Noelle) was the main one but there were other people who were wronged or acting in grief, including Thomas (Matthew Atkinson). He advised her to treat her stepson with kid gloves. Kicking him out will not help anyone or anything, including her marriage.

Tensions rose and tempers flared when Brooke got her back up. How can she have Thomas back in her house spreading his poison? Eric made it clear they can either stand as a family or watch her marriage blow up.

Either way, she has a decision to make and she better be prepared to live with the consequences. The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
