The Bold and the Beautiful Poll Results: Most Beloved 2019 Character

Once soap fans take characters into their hearts, they keep them in that place for a long, long time. The Bold and the Beautiful has so many beloved favorites but only one can be your top favorite for 2019.

Soap Hub asked BB fans who their most beloved character was this past year. Read on for the results.

The Bold and the Beautiful: McCookin’ With Gas

Not surprisingly, John McCook’s Eric ranked as your most beloved character with over 59% of the vote! Eric’s been a staple of BB since literally Day 1 of the series. When BB premiered on March 23, 1987, Eric was there, the mastermind behind Forrester Creations, executing a fashion show from backstage.

This year, Eric was there for Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) when she needed him and opened his home to Shauna (Denise Richards) — not because she’s important to him but because Shauna’s important to his wife Quinn (Rena Sofer). He’s remained the family patriarch through good times and bad. A good guy? Nah. Eric’s a great guy.

Queen Steffy

Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) came in second with almost 21% of The Bold and the Beautiful fans’ vote. Strong and self-sufficient, Steffy has shown that she doesn’t need a man to be happy in life. As joyful as Hope (Annika Noelle) was to get her baby back, Steffy was devastated to have to give up her adopted daughter. But she did it because she knew it was the right thing to do, earning even more viewer loyalty in the process.

And The Rest

Liam (Scott Clifton), Brooke, Hope, and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) came in 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th place. Liam, Brooke, and Hope each received around 5% of your vote. Ridge scored over 3%. And, not surprisingly, Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri) picked up some votes, too.
