Here’s Why Will Spencer and RJ Forrester Could Become Romantic Rivals on Bold and the Beautiful

Crew Morrow opened up about his time on The Bold and the Beautiful and revealed what fans can expect from the son of Katie Logan and Bill Spencer. His character, Will Spencer, could end up on RJ Forrester’s bad side in more ways than one.

Romance for Will Spencer

Morrow wants to bring a new approach to B&B as Will Spencer. He’s learned a lot from his father, Joshua Morrow. In his interview with The TV Water Cooler, Morrow explained how his father helped him handle the heavy soap schedule. He admitted that it was a shock to film and remember “50 pages a day.” Up to this point, Morrow only worked on a few movies. 

The soap genre brought new challenges to his career. Still, Morrow loves that he gets to spend more with his dad. They often have lunch at The Grove in between takes. Speaking of family, Morrow revealed what Will wants now that Katie is back in Bill’s orbit. 

“Will loves his mother so much, and he knows the past that they share,” Morrow explained. “I just think that he really doesn’t want to see his mother get hurt again. That’s going to take some opening up and some vulnerability for both of them. So, we’ll see how that goes!” 

Morrow would also love to see Darin Brooks reprise his role as Wyatt Spencer. Although he’s unsure how that storyline could work, he’s still hoping for Wyatt’s return, as are the fans.

New Love Triangle

The CBS soap always loves to throw a love triangle into the mix. There’s a possibility that Will Spencer and RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) could become romantic rivals themselves. Morrow teased that RJ could “become Will’s enemy on the show.” They might even face off at Forrester Creations. Katie might want Will to join the design team, which could fuel more of the waging Logan-Forrester war.

Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) will make her way to Los Angeles. She’ll follow her sister Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer). This could set up a romance for Will. Morrow also joked that Will could be a “playboy like his father.” There’s no doubt that this new lady will turn both Will and RJ’s heads. (Here’s What’s Next For RJ After Heartbreak.)

“I’m excited for Electra to come to town… Let’s put it that way!” Morrow teased.
