On the October 1st episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Steffy argued with Brooke about who has Ridge’s heart. Brooke assured her that Ridge was in love with her. She believes they’re “destiny.”
Ever since her mother returned, Steffy has reverted to her old bratty ways. She wants her mom in her life more than ever, and she wants her parents back together.
‘It’ Girl Roots For ‘It’ Couple
Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) doesn’t want to meddle in her mom’s love life anymore. But that hasn’t stopped her from claiming that Taylor (Rebecca Budig) is the perfect match for Ridge. She listed all the reasons why they belong together in Tuesday’s episode.
Steffy assured Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) that her father will always love and care for her mom. Brooke has been feeling confident and secure in their relationship lately. She no longer sees Taylor as a threat. This could foreshadow that something will throw a wrench in their wedding plans.
Why Ridge Isn’t the Perfect Man
Steffy fails to understand why her parents couldn’t make it work this time around. Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) dumped Taylor the last time they were together. He ultimately chose Broke during their trip to Italy. He realized that she was his future.
Ridge is a waffler who likes to string Taylor along. Once he finds out about her chronic heart failure, he’ll likely go back to her out of pity. He could agree to marry her so they could have somewhat of a future together. Ridge might also feel bad that she’s dying of a broken heart he caused.
Taylor could still beat the odds. If they end up married, this news could have him crawling back to Brooke. Ridge would ask for her forgiveness, and she would willingly go along with it. After all, she still believes that Ridge is her destiny, and she understands the situation involving Taylor.
Taylor and Brooke agreed to be friends. They didn’t want to fight over Ridge anymore. However, Taylor’s situation could have him deciding who he should end up with. This could be why Ridge and Brooke haven’t walked down the aisle.
