Luna is serving time for the deaths of Hollis and Tom. But she wants to let loose from behind bars. She’s been trying to make nice-nice to Bill with her sweet letters. Since Luna is back on The Bold and the Beautiful, it’s possible that she could be set free.
Psychotic Episode?
Luna (Lisa Yamada) recently got a visit from her mom, Poppy (Romy Park). She claimed that she had a moment of temporary insanity when she went on a killing spree. At first, she seemed genuinely sorry for the pain she caused. Her demeanor quickly changed when her mom confirmed that her relationship with Bill (Don Diamont) was over. (Find Out More About Poppy’s Visit With Luna.)
Poppy told Luna that she could never forgive her for what happened. It hurt her to even look at her daughter. As Poppy left the room, a dark smile appeared on Luna’s face. She convinced the B&B viewers that she was still a beloved lunatic.
Pen Pals
In another scene, Luna sat and smiled as she thought fondly about Bill. He’s already received two letters from her. (See How Luna’s Shooting Her Shot From Behind Bars.) Luna apologized to him for the hurt she’d caused him and shared that she still needed him in her life.
Luna could find a way to get into Bill’s head. He might feel bad for her at some point. After all, Bill is alone in his mansion. He doesn’t have his wife and son with him like he hoped. What would a poor bachelor do? Bill might start writing letters to Luna. Once they become pen pals, she might convince him to release her from prison. She could use her psychotic episode as an excuse.
This would mean that Luna would need treatment to be released. Instead of heading into treatment, she would end up at Bill’s mansion. On the flip side, he could convince Luna to stay with her and get the care she needed. He has that kind of money and pull. Then, she would finally get the life she wants.
