On The Bold and the Beautiful, loony Luna was prepared to kill Steffy. What she wasn’t prepared for was Sheila showing up, trying to stop her. That didn’t work when they struggled over Luna’s gun, and Sheila got shot in the foot. Then Liam showed up and they, too, fought over the gun. And although he got shot, he managed to plug Luna. All three ended up in the hospital, and Annika Noelle pulled back the curtain to reveal some of the behind-the-scenes shenanigans.

Open Hearted and Off Script

Noelle, who plays Hope, quoted an old-time commercial with her Instagram post that stated, “We’re not doctors, we just play them on TV 📺.” With that were some pics and videos, the first was a snap of Cassandra Creech (Dr. Buckingham) dressed in surgical scrubs and gazing with a silly grin up into the LED surgical lights on the operating room’s ceiling.

Next was a video clip Noelle took with Liam (Scott Clifton) on the operating table and Finn (Tanner Novlan) prepared to continue operating. From off-camera, Noelle asked, “How’re you feeling, Scott?” to which Clifton replied, “Stuck!” As he lay there with the fake blood and surgical equipment on his chest, Novlan held up what looked like a fake rib bone and hilariously said, “Where’s this go?”

Thumbs Up and Scalpel Out

Next was a photo of Clifton, Kimberlin Brown (Sheila), and Lisa Yamada (Luna) each on a gurney backstage, with Clifton smiling and Yamada giving two thumbs up. After that was another video clip, this time with Creech dancing around the operating area while Noelle sang a badly improvised song. Interestingly, her last line was, “She doesn’t look at all like a supervillain at all.” Is that a hint that Dr. Buckingham faked Liam’s brain tumor so she could get $1 million from Bill (Don Diamont) to “miraculously” remove it?

There was another pic of the doctors posing with Liam on the operating table. That was followed by a disturbing video of a man sewing a human foot. However, the camera panned to reveal the foot was fake, but for a second, it looked completely real. The fans loved not only the peek behind the curtain, but also the fake foot.

Some eagle-eyed viewers could see part of the Forrester mansion set in the background, with one commenting, “I love that they can do surgery in Eric’s living room :D”
