He recently shared a video about motivation and wanted to know his fans’ opinions.
He Cleared His Head
Saint-Victor wrote on Instagram, “Monday sets the tone. Even 30 minutes of movement can change your mindset. Time is tight-but discipline is freedom. Let’s get it this week. What’s your first win today?” He also thanked the company that provided the outfit he was wearing.
In the video, he’s wearing a hoodie with horizontal stripes that are a mixture of blue, gray, and light brown/tan with a matching baseball cap. He stated, “Happy Monday, everybody. What’s going on? Today is our first day back at Bold and the Beautiful after our spring hiatus. So I’m taking some time this morning to get my steps in, get the blood pumping, clear my head…a little peace before the storm. What do you do for motivation, especially on Monday? Let me know.”
