It’s been months since fans since Christine on The Young and the Restless. Lauralee Bell is gearing up for a big return. She will also crossover to The Bold and the Beautiful amid her travels.
Return to Y&R and B&B
Deadline first broke the news that Bell’s last appearance was on the January 2, 2025, New Year’s Eve episode. Bell will start filming her episodes in late April, which will air in early June. Christine has been gone because she joined Danny (Michael Damian) on his world tour.
Damian has been away from the show, working on a movie for Netflix. (Get the details of the film, which stars a B&B alum.) Damian has worked on numerous projects outside of Y&R and has also been working on his own music. Bell is currently on recurring status, which means she’ll return to the soap when she has a storyline and crossovers to B&B.
Christine is expected to attend a big fashion show. Will Forrester Creations be returned to its rightful owners? Or are Hope (Annika Noelle) or Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) still holding onto the company? The crossover event will take place from April 24-April 28, 2025. In an interview with Deadline, Bell admitted that she’s willing to show up, whether it’s for Y&R or B&B. “You never know when Brad Bell calls if I’m going to be asked a [sibling] question or if I can come to B&B for a couple of days,” Bell said about her brother.
Danny & Christine’s Relationship Status
In that same interview, Bell revealed Christine and Danny’s relationship status. The couple is still going strong. They’re thankful to the Y&R fans who rooted for the two to get back together. Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) nearly prevented that from happening.
“There was a little hiccup when we started getting back together with Phyllis, but now Phyllis is leaving us alone. We are together. We are happily touring the world,” Bell teased. Christine left her legal career to be with Danny. How has that worked for their relationship? Bell teased that there’s “still so much more to say, and there’s still so much more story to go.” We can’t wait to see what this couple has in store.
