Bold and the Beautiful’s Jacqueline MacInnes Wood Shares Her Detoxing Secrets

Fortunately, Jacqueline MacInnes Wood has several methods to relax and take care of herself, as well as a cool hobby. She’s shared many of her secrets with fans on social media and now has revealed what she does to detox.

A Long List for Good Health

On Instagram, MacInnes Wood shared some serene pics of a pitcher of water with fruit and herbs in it, her enjoying a sauna, the sauna itself, and pics with a corresponding list of, “My favorite ways to detox.” She then asked fans what their favorite methods for detoxing were.

Her list included Dry Brushing Body Brush, Charcoal Plus Binder, Ancient Minerals Magnesium Bath Flakes, Lymphatic Drainage Massager, Magnetic Bentonite Clay Detox Bath, Organic Liquid Milk Thistle, Spirulina, Othership App/Breathwork, Trampoline/Rebounding, and Sauna. The fans had quite the responses to her post, with one comparing notes with, “I have the same exact sauna, only bigger, and I live in it; it’s awesome.” Another fan felt her information was extremely important and commented, “Indisputable evidence that she is, in fact, an angel amongst us!”

Many shared their routines with one follower posting, “Mine is Sauna, Rebounding, Gua Sha. Dry brushing. Vita tree Detox program. Green matcha tea. Apple cider vinegar (with the mother) fresh lemon juice, raw honey in a glass of warm water first thing every morning ❤️.”
