The Identity of The Mystery Woman Spying On Brooke And Ridge on Bold and the Beautiful

With Brooke and Ridge in Monte Carlo to promote her revitalized line of lingerie, things seemed hunky dory on The Bold and the Beautiful. However, as they had a moment alone so Ridge could continue to gush about how much he loves her, a strange female figure was lurking in the background, and it most likely means trouble is afoot.

They Were Being Watched

B&B had a unique situation going on when Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Taylor (Krista Allen) buried the hatchet after 30 years of fighting over Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) in early 2023. The decades-long back and forth, because Ridge could never decide which woman he truly wanted to be with, was absurd, and it seemed the two had finally evolved past that and were moving into a new era. The women had become besties which was both shocking and refreshing, however it was short-lived. During the infamous trip to Italy that year, Ridge finally decided he wanted to be with Brooke, and Taylor was cast aside.

Everyone, including Allen herself, was surprised when she was abruptly let go from the show, and 30 years of character evolution went down the toilet. “The craziest thing is right before I got dropped, I did the cast photo shoot,” Allen told Deadline in December 2023, adding, “and then the next week they called and said, ‘we’re not going to keep your third year and thank you very much, you were wonderful and thank you, goodbye, and I was like, what?” But now Ridge and Brooke are enjoying their time in Monte Carlo while a mysterious female peered at them from afar, and we think we know who it is.

The Mystery Woman Has to Be…Taylor

The gang at Forrester Creations watched as Brooke and Ridge unveiled the new Brooke’s Bedroom line of lingerie, and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) hoped it would do well for the company. Taylor is her mom, and she hasn’t been seen since November 2023, with barely anyone talking about her.

But it’s well within the realm of possibility that Taylor has a scheme to get back at Brooke and Ridge and is the one spying on them. She’s not a sinister character like Sheila (Kimberlin Brown), and we’d like to think that she’s not going to harm them, but let’s not forget that she did once shoot Bill (Don Diamont) when she mistakenly thought he’d impregnated Steffy.

If it turns out she’s going to try to break them up so she can have Ridge all to herself, we will be severely disappointed because that story’s been done to death. However, if it turns out Taylor is unhinged and may perhaps capture one or both of them with a nefarious plan in motion, that could be very fun to watch.

Considering that Allen was a recast of Hunter Tylo, they could also recast Taylor again, creating a fresh start for the character. If this woman truly is her, perhaps she’s lost her memory again and once more thinks she’s Princess Laila from Morocco. That could explain why she’s abroad and skulking around. Whatever happens, the unveiling of this mystery woman will be fun to watch!
