If fans couldn’t get enough of Carter in action fighting Deacon on The Bold and the Beautiful, then they’re in for a treat. While the actor has had a long career, he hasn’t been in too many action or thriller films. He recently shared how much he enjoyed the show’s karate fight and is now starring in a BET+ film that will fill the fans’ need to see him in a thrilling new role. 

A Roller Coaster Ride

The trailer for the new film, The Accused, promises a roller coaster ride as Dani West (Paige Aubrey-Marie Hurd) is framed for the murder of her fiancé. According to the press release, “Forced to go on the run, Dani, a plant geneticist that discovers a dark side to her brilliant work, must use her intelligence and resilience to uncover the truth before time runs out.”

Saint-Victor plays Detective Lance Branson who must help Dani uncover the real killer and exonerate her. The exciting new film also stars Crystal Lee Brown (Chicago Med) as Victoria Goode, and Summer Crockett Moore (A Killer Romance) as Detective Nadine Styles. It is exclusively streaming on BET+.

Excitement Abounds

Also co-starring in The Accused are Nicole G. Leier, Manny Perez, and Rockmond Dunbar. One of the co-writers of the film is Clarence Williams IV, the son of Clarence Williams III, who rose to fame as Linc Hayes on the classic 1970s action series The Mod Squad.

Saint-Victor has been eagerly promoting his foray into the action-thriller genre and shared the fantastic news, “Times Square!!!! Check out my new film The Accused streaming on @betplus April 10th!!” on Instagram. He included pics of the billboard in New York City’s famed location with his, Hurd’s, and Brown’s giant images, which can’t be missed. The trailer can be viewed here.
