The Bold and the Beautiful’s Don Diamont has been taking the fans with him on his various family trips via social media. He recently joked about being able to fly a plane when he and his family took a very real trip to Amsterdam. His latest post, in which he and his wife, Cindy Ambuehl, explored the charms of the French Riviera, showed the happy couple revisiting the spot of a major milestone in their lives.
The (other) Happiest Place on Earth
Diamont shared several photos from a recent trip that he and Ambuehl took, and captioned them, “Our last morning having breakfast at the BEAUTIFUL @royalriviera Cap Ferrat before heading home. @cindyambuehl and I absolutely loved the experience at this exceptional property! We miss it already! We couldn’t have had a better time in the South of France.”
He continued, listing off the various places they went: “Cap Ferrat, Antibes, Monaco, and Éze Village. We also took a beautiful drive into Italy, and had a wonderful lunch @marebluristorante in San Remo. The French Riviera…The Happiest Place On Earth!!! ☀️😎🌊🌴❤️‼️ Sorry Disneyland!😂”
The last photo in his post was of him and his wife standing in front of the Château de la Chèvre d’Or, a luxury hotel and restaurant in Èze, France. “Where we were married. First time back!” was written over the pic as she kissed his cheek. The name in French means “Castle of the Golden Goat,” and it’s a popular location for weddings and honeymoons because of its fairytale atmosphere and panoramic coastal views.

Picture-Perfect Moments
With panoramic views of the Mediterranean and scenic shots of the turquoise water, Diamont and Ambuehl had their picture taken in front of a variety of beautiful locales. They were at the Royal Riviera Hotel and the African Queen Restaurant in Cap Ferrat. They also visited the beautiful Hôtel Hermitage in the glamorous Monte Carlo district at night.
Other places they went to included Le Café du Jardin, Èze Village, Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild, Cap Ferrat, posing in front of the fountain at the famous Rothschild Estate’s gardens, and several more. General Hospital alum Eva LaRue (ex-Natalia) happily commented, “Sooo Beautiful! Love the photo dump!!😍.”
