Fans of The Bold and the Beautiful know that Don Diamont, who plays the ruthless Bill, stays in tip-top shape. His #WorkoutWednesday posts keep his followers talking not only about the actor himself, but also have them cheering him and his family on. Diamont sometimes even lets his wife do the heavy lifting at the gym. He recently brought another family member into the fitness fold who turned out to be a great trainer.
He Needed a New Trainer
Diamont shared some pics on Instagram and captioned them, “Finally a #workoutwednesday training partner who really pushes me to be the best I can be! Weight training…Basketball… Swimming…There’s nothing this kid can’t do. I’m exhausted!🥵😂💙‼️” The first pic has him holding his grandchild, who looks interested in doing chin-ups.
And as he described, the second pic shows Diamont helping his grandson get a slam dunk in a kiddie basketball net, while the third pic shows the two of them swimming in a pool. Crew Morrow, who plays Bill’s son Will, couldn’t help but hilariously comment, “Thank god you have a personal trainer now…you really needed it.”

Fitness Crosses Borders
Amid a flurry of heart emojis and fans gushing about how cute the little tyke was, one follower responded, “It’s a joy to see your grandchildren in your sons. Showing up is what you do. You look so happy and proud 🥲.” Using the name of his former The Young and the Restless character Brad Carlton, a fan reacted, “Great job Brad👏🔥❤️.”
One fan humorously cautioned Diamont with, “Be careful he’s going past you soon…😍😍😍😍 in training…” And showing his international appeal, a fan from Germany lovingly wrote, “So ein süßer kleiner Kerl😍…er fängt früh an zu lernen…da musst du als Grandpa fit bleiben 😂,” which translates as, “Such a sweet little guy😍…he starts learning early…so you have to stay fit as a grandpa 😂.”
