Douglas Forrester lives with Hope and Liam Spencer in the cabin on Brooke’s estate, but in real-life, Douglas’s portrayer, Henry Joseph Samiri, has a new residence. The actor updated his social media followers that he’s moved and has made a new four-legged friend!

Earlier this month, Henry Joseph Samiri posted a photo of himself at an airport, letting folks know that he was headed on a new journey. “I’m off on a new adventure!” the actor shared on Instagram. “Where am I going? Shhh, it’s a secret for now.”

Oh, Canada!

Unlike the secret of baby Beth being alive, which took several months to come out, Samiri’s destination didn’t remain hidden for long. “I’m in the city where I’ll be living for the foreseeable future,” Samiri wrote, who added “CA” and a maple leaf, indicating he’s in Canada. The added hashtags make it a bit difficult to determine exactly which network (if any) on which Samiri’s new project will air as his post has tagged “#nickelodeon #NBC #ABC #CBS #MGA,” however, he also tagged “#featurefilm” so, it’s indeed possible that Samiri is shooting something for the big screen!

In a third post, Samiri is showing an adorable puppy who has clearly captured the young man’s heart. “Got to play with this cutest puppy in the whole world today,” Samiri shared.
