B&B Alum Wayne Brady Involved in Car Accident and Fight

Dr. Reese Buckingham is in an overseas jail for kidnapping baby Beth on The Bold and the Beautiful. His portrayer, Wayne Brady, host of the CBS game show Let’s Make A Deal, was in an incident that involved the law in Southern California.

Wayne Brady: Automobile Incident

TMZ reports that Brady was in a car accident in Malibu. Then, the police got involved after the former Dancing With the Stars contestant engaged in a verbal confrontation with the driver of the other car.

According to law enforcement, Brady was traveling on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu on Sunday night when another car hit him. Brady pulled over, as did the other driver, a 51-year-old man. The two men then got into a physical altercation.

What Happened Next

According to police, Brady called 911 following the fight, and the other driver returned to his vehicle and drove away. Sherriff deputies located the man in question and placed him under arrest for battery, DUI, and hit-and-run. Brady did not go to the hospital, although the fire department responded to the scene. Brady is banged up and is taking it easy for a bit.
