Krista Allen recently revealed she’s been acting for decades since her earliest years, and interestingly enough, The Bold and the Beautiful alum is naming names. She also shows how she has “9 lives.”
The actress, who revealed she’s no longer portraying Taylor Hayes on the daytime drama last month, took to X/Twitter to give fans some insight into her earlier acting days. It seems the acting bug bit Allen at a tender young age.
“My very first performance on stage, I was 6,” wrote the actress alongside a photo of herself in a group. She was dressed as a cat, and you can see the adorable photo in her post below. “Shout out to all my ‘cast mates’ at Sunshine Elementary School…”
Things got even more interesting as Allen went on to give a little anecdote about a would-be Valentine who got his hopes dashed. “Especially Bucky McMannis in the blue suit, who called me Poo Poo Pee Pee Head everyday…and then asked me to be his Valentine right before the show. I said no. #actorslife #1970s #9Lives.”
Allen responded to fans as they revealed their own stories of early performances and made little jokes about little kid crushes. One wanted to know if she remembered the play, but Allen replied, “I am only certain it wasn’t Shakespeare,” so no Romeo and Juliet for the would-be star-crossed lovers.
