The Bold and the Beautiful Karla Mosley
Some losses feel impossible to get over but then sometimes something happens that allows those grieving to find a light through the darkness. Such was the case recently for The Bold and the Beautiful star, Karla Mosley, a couple of years after losing her niece.
The actress who plays Maya Avant on the soap took to her Instagram account to share such a moment with her followers — a bright spot that showed itself in the most beautiful of ways — something everyone could use during these tough times.
“Yesterday we celebrated the life of my beautiful niece. She said hello back as this stunning lily, grown with love by my sister, bloomed for the first time. We love you, LiliaSophia! (2012-2018) ♥️”
The youngster had a heart transplant back in 2017, and while at the time it seemed like the miracle the family needed, she ended up passing away on August 3, 2018.
The actress wrote at the time on Instagram, “And we have been forever changed for the better. Thank you. LiliaSophia 9/1/2012-8/3/2018 💫 (**Thank you for your love. I’ve read every comment & your prayers, energy & openness about your own personal experiences truly lift us. We send it back to you.**)”
One follower who goes by the screenname @tmejia111 wanted Mosley to know the impact her niece had on her saying, “This little girl gave me the courage to fight and get passed my brain surgeries. She was an inspiration and brave beyond measure…. and that’s just what I got from her pictures. God bless her. I am indebted to her. Thank you Lilia Sophia.” Mosley responded saying, “Thanks for this Tommy. You continue to inspire. Every day. 💗”
BB co-star (and former Guiding Light co-star) Lawrence Saint-Victor also responded, sending red heart emojis to his friend.
