Here’s the latest casting news from the CBS soap.
The week of April 23, 2018A month after posting she was leaving the soap, Courtney Hope took to social media to announce that she is returning as Sally Spectra. And she’s apparently thrilled. “Very happy to be back home @boldandbeautifulcbs!” posted the actress.
Jacob Young has switched from contract player to recurring status. The actor debuted as Rick Forrester in 1997 and left the soap in 1999, before returning full-time in 2011.
Dance Moms alum Nia Sioux begins a stint as Emma, a new intern at Forrester Creations. She makes her first appearance on Monday, April 23 and also airs Tuesday, April 24, Wednesday, April 25 and Thursday, April 26.
Achilleas Andreas, the real-life prince of Greece, returns as another Forrester intern, Simon, on Monday, April 23 and Tuesday, April 24.
He originally debuted on the soap in December 2017. Andreas is the nephew of Princess Theodora of Greece, who has played Bill’s (Don Diamont) assistant Lesley since 2011.
Robin Givens is back as Dr. Phillips, Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) obgyn, on Thursday, April 26. She’ll share scenes with MacInnes Wood and Scott Clifton’s Liam.
