The Bold and the Beautiful C&G News
Are any of your favorite performers from yesteryear returning to the daytime drama, this week, or in the near future? Have any new actors or actresses been cast on the show in contract, recurring, or day player roles? Are any well-remembered or beloved stars from other soaps, past or present, about to join The Bold and the Beautiful fold in surprise new parts?
Here’s the latest casting news from the CBS soap.
The week of June 7, 2021
Denise Richards is back for more airtime as daytime’s bestie of the year, Shauna Fulton. Look for Richards to share powerful scenes with her TV daughter, Katrina Bowden, who plays Flo, as Shauna continues to dodge questions about “her fling” with Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor). She’ll also interact with Rena Sofer, as Shauna and Quinn discuss the big secret they’re keeping.
With Liam (Scott Clifton) in the slammer, expect to see more cops and prison workers on the scene. Juan Blasquez turns up as a prison guard, this week. He makes his first appearance on Monday, June 7.
The Bold and the Beautiful History
BB made its debut in 1987 and introduced glitz and glamour to daytime soap operas. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, three decades of storylines with the backdrop of the fashion world setting the stage for epic romances have kept viewers locked in and wanting more.
From the first decades with Stephanie’s (Susan Flannery) iron grip on her family to Sheila’s (Kimberlin Brown) evil schemes to the epic love story of Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) that continues to this day, BB knows how to entertain and keep fans coming back for more.
Please note that air dates may be subject to change.
The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS. Check local listings for airtimes.
