The week of February 22, 2021
After a two-month absence, Denise Richards is finally back on the scene as Shauna Fulton. The character last appeared in December of 2020, when she helped facilitate Eric (John McCook) and Quinn’s (Rena Sofer) reconciliation. Look for Shauna to turn up at the Spencer Publications offices for a visit.
Tina Huang is back on the scene as Dr. Campbell. With Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) pregnancy front and center in storyline, her devoted doctor is slated to have more appearances in the upcoming weeks.
The Bold and the Beautiful History
BB made its debut in 1987 and introduced glitz and glamour to daytime soap operas. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, three decades of storylines have kept viewers locked in and wanting more.
From Stephanie’s (Susan Flannery) iron grip on her family to Sheila’s (Kimberlin Brown) evil schemes to the epic love story of Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), BB knows how to entertain and keep fans coming back for more. Sadly, times are shifting and daytime soap operas are shrinking.
Bringing the Drama
It is one of four remaining soap operas currently on the air. The other three daytime dramas include General Hospital (GH), Days of our Lives (DAYS), and The Young and the Restless (YR). BB airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for air times.
