Soap opera stories either crawl or fly by, meaning that sometimes we have to miss big developments. Never fear, Soap Hub is here to fill you in on what you missed last week on The Bold and the Beautiful.
Same Game, Different Victim
Having seemingly succeeded in breaking up Liam (Scott Clifton) and Hope (Annika Noelle), Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) turned his attention towards his sister Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
Under the guise of checking up on her and the girls, he dropped by her home and tried to push her into reconciling with Liam. He played on her desire to have a fully formed family with her former husband and insisted that with Hope now out of the way she and Liam have nothing stopping them from re-marrying and settling down.
Steffy insisted that while she will always love Liam, she had moved on and had no interest in taking things further with Liam. However, once Thomas left, Steffy found herself flashing back to pivotal moments that she and Liam shared.
One family member that is definitely on Thomas’s side is his father Ridge (Thorsten Kaye). First, he encouraged Liam to try and make a real family with Steffy and later he told Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) that he feels that Hope is making the right decision as Liam and Steffy have a ready-made family and should reunite and have the chance at happiness that they have long been denied.
Thomas Scuttles Xander’s Confession
Determined that he is no longer willing to keep Flo (Katrina Bowden) and Zoe’s (Kiara Barnes) secret, Xander (Adain Bradley) raced to Brooke’s home where Liam and Hope were set poised to sign their annulment papers.

He burst through the door and demanded to be heard as he has information that will change Liam and Hope’s mind.
Thomas, who had been spying on the proceedings from the upstairs landing, managed to set off Xander’s car alarm forcing the boy to exit the house to turn it off. Cornering him outside, Thomas threatened him into leaving but Xander promised he would be sorry and let slip that Flo was aware of the reason he was there.
Signatures
With a few strokes of a pen, Liam and Hope signed away their marriage, citing Hope’s inability to bear children as the reason for the annulment. Afterward, the two awkwardly joked about their future but the mood became too tense and Liam headed out the door while Hope dissolved into a puddle of tears.
Beans, Spilled
Thomas tracked Flo down at the Forrester mansion and confronted the young woman and demanded that she explain Xander’s cryptic remark. Flo stood her ground until Thomas became belligerent and she finally broke down and tearfully admitted that Hope’s baby was alive.
