The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Friday, September 20, 2019, promise a day of panic when Katie falls seriously ill. Her sickness comes fast and furious and is so bad Bill ignores the office and gives his wife all his attention. Make sure you tune in so you don’t miss a moment!

Can He Fix This?

Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) has a lot to say, one too many promises to make, and some serious groveling to do. He wants to mend his marriage and makes sure the glue stays strong this time. Of course, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) still has no idea he spent the night in bed with another woman.

When will Ridge finally confess his sins? He may want to spill all sooner rather than later, especially since Shauna (Denise Richards) is falling head over heels. One word from her and Ridge will be a single man whether he wants to be or not.

Sickness Strikes

Meanwhile, Katie (Heather Tom) scares the daylights out of Bill (Don Diamont) when she falls seriously ill. She is sicker than he has ever seen her and he’s worried. So worried he drops work and runs to be by her side.

This is a pivotal turning point in their relationship. Bill is a workaholic and is never great at putting family first. Will he prove himself and keep all those promises he made when he was fighting for Katie’s heart? Let’s hope so. She’s going to need his strength and love in the coming weeks.

Rumor has it Katie’s going into double kidney failure! What brought this on is still a mystery but the end result is the same, Katie needs an organ transplant. The big question now is who is going under the knife to save her. Could this be Flo’s (Katrina Bowden) road to redemption? The Bold and the Beautiful (BB) airs weekdays on CBS.
