Flo Fulton may be celebrating her recent release from jail but The Bold and the Beautiful actress Katrina Bowden has another reason to be festive.
That’s because she was born on September 19, 1988, in Wyckoff, New Jersey, which means that this talented performer is turning 31 years old today! Bowden’s very first acting role was Britney Jennings on the ABC soap opera One Life to Live but she only filmed two episodes before the part was recast.
After making a guest appearance on Law and Order: SVU, Bowden landed what would become her breakthrough part: Cerie Xerox on the hit NBC comedy series 30 Rock. Bowden would recur on the series for its entire seven-season run and Cerie would become a fan favorite.
Subsequent parts on Psych, Ugly Betty, and New Girl would follow and in 2015, Bowden landed a starring role in the gritty period police drama Public Morales. In 2019, she joined the cast of another daytime sudser. This time it was CBS’ The Bold and the Beautiful.

To coinsurers of horror films, Bowden has earned a reputation as a popular “Scream Queen” thanks to her appearances in a large number of scary movies – specifically horror/comedy hybrids – including Scary Movie 5, Piranha 3DD and Tucker, and Dale vs Evil.
Bowden is also known for her work in Lifetime movies — I Killed My BFF, Framed By My Fiancé and Reckless Behavior — and popular music videos for bands such as Fall Out Boy, We Are Scientists and Panic! At the Disco. Since 2013, Bowden has been married to musician/singer Ben Jorgensen.
