As the news spreads, Liam and the Logans can barely believe their ears — and neither can Steffy. This baby she has loved so much as her own all these months really is Liam’s, but not hers.
Little Phoebe (or as we like to say, Phoebeth) belongs to Hope and her adoption was never on the up and up. But, what will she do now?
