Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) has spent nearly his entire adult life working away at Forrester Creations. He’s been their legal eagle, the boss’s confidante, the COO, and even a romantic rival. Carter’s biggest moments have happened because of the company. They are just as lucky to have him. It’s time to reward him for his dedication.
What will 10 years of dutiful service garner for Carter? We’re sure his bosses will make it special. They appreciate all he’s done for their company — and for them. He’s a great employee and an even better friend (well, when he’s not sleeping with Eric’s wife).

Will this moment further dedicate Carter to his job and the company he enjoys? He almost walked away more than once but the pull to the dream team keeps him wanting more. Plus, he gets to see Katie (Heather Tom) at the office and that’s too sweet to pass up.
