Katie (Heather Tom) has gotten quite close and flirty with Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor). It’s been nice, carefree, and fun, but is she ready for more? It’s not exactly a secret Carter is looking for his Mrs. Right and wants to find his forever person. Can Katie be that for him? Katie looks to Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) for guidance.
If anyone understands Katie’s dilemma, it’s her sister. Brooke knows what it’s like to walk away from “destiny” and restart. She also knows what it’s like to be in love with a man who is in love with someone else. Heck, she’s the whole reason Katie and Dollar Bill (Don Diamont) didn’t work out.

While Brooke may not exactly love what Carter and Quinn did to Eric (John McCook) and Paris (Diamond White), it’s clear where his loyalty is now. He’s all about Katie, and Brooke can appreciate that. Katie deserves a good man, and Carter has proven he can be that. So, why not jump in with both feet?
Meanwhile, the faux-love story between Bill (Don Diamont) and Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) goes off the rails. A twisted turn is coming, and it’s sure to be an earth-shattering twist for one of them. Will Sheila finally open up, spill her secrets, and go down for all his crimes? Or, is she about to show Bill exactly what kind of woman he’s planning on marrying?
