B&B Spoilers Speculation: Hope Flips Out Over Deacon And Sheila

B&B spoilers have teased the growing closeness of Deacon and Sheila for quite some time — and now the two are even engaged. At some point, his daughter Hope will have to learn about their relationship, and it doesn’t look good for Deacon that she will accept the woman he loves.

Sure, there is the slimmest of chances that Hope (Annika Noelle) will support her father’s choice of a wife, seeing as how she’s currently sleeping with Thomas (Matthew Atkinson), a man almost no one approves of her seeing. You would think that fact would broaden her worldview so she would understand that everyone, even Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), deserves to have love in her life…but that’s a long shot at this point. Let’s face it — Sheila doesn’t have that kind of luck, nor does Deacon (Sean Kanan).

Hope Logan: Capable of Change

A little more likely is that Hope will react poorly to the news. She’ll yell at her father — how could he love someone so awful, risk everything he has going right in his life for the likes of that She-Devil, and make everyone feel horrible about being in love. But then something will happen…and Hope will simmer down and realize how similar their two situations are, and something will happen.

Hope will realize that perhaps Sheila could change, and if she was someone his father could fall in love with, then maybe she is deserving of a chance. She’ll see how happy Sheila makes Deacon, and it will have an impact. Mostly because she will want that same, considering when she realizes she wants to be with Thomas.

But while that sounds good and sweet, the most likely scenario is none of that self-awareness will happen for Hope, and she’ll get stuck in pure fury mode. She won’t believe that her father could make such a blunderhead move like falling for a woman who has tortured so many in Los Angeles. How can she even look at him? And you can bet she’ll have Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) by her side, echoing those same sentiments. Just watch. Do you think this speculation could happen like this?
