B&B Spoilers Speculation: Brooke Will Never Accept Thomas With Hope

B&B spoilers have revealed that Brooke Logan believes in destiny, but only when it comes to her and Ridge. She doesn’t think that her daughter Hope’s future is with Thomas Forrester. He’s just not the guy for her.

Of course, Liam (Scott Clifton) is going to remind Hope (Annika Noelle) that Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) is no good. If she ignores this and goes for Thomas anyway, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) may have no choice but to accept her daughter’s decision.

Or will she? Brooke may not ever accept Thomas as her son-in-law if Hope wants to marry him. Whether Brooke warms to Thomas or not may not influence Hope’s future with the Hope For The Future designer.

It Is Better to Feel Good Than Look Good

Contrary to what Billy Crystal’s Fernando Lamas believes, it’s actually better to feel good than to look good. Who cares how it looks? Brooke will probably accept Thomas if Hope says this is the man who makes her feel better about herself. Brooke won’t have a leg to stand on, given the number of times that Ridge has let her down.

Also, Hope’s not a teenager. She’s a grown woman with two children, and one of those children — Douglas (Henry Joseph Samiri) — happens to be Thomas’s son. Both Hope and Liam are going to make a unified decision. That decision could very well be to file their divorce papers. Brooke may not accept Thomas, but ultimately, she has to realize her daughter doesn’t need her mother’s acceptance when it comes to her love life.

Hope Logan: Don’t Stop Believing

If Hope dreams of a day when Brooke will accept Thomas, she had better keep on dreaming. Some might feel if Brooke loves her daughter, she’ll support her and her decisions. However, it’s precisely because Brooke loves Hope that she’ll never accept him. Sure, Thomas has been on his best behavior, but it’s only a matter of time before his dark side emerges and he starts pulling tricks to get what he wants. And Brooke knows that.
