Will Ridge Forrester clash with his son and father?
Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Friday, September 8, 2023, tease RJ and Ridge going head-to-head about Eric. Tune in to watch the drama unfold.
Eric (John McCook) is having some serious issues lately and fears his design days may come to an end. Luckily, he’s recruited RJ (Joshua Hoffman) to put his visions on paper. Unluckily, his inability to do it himself isn’t lost on Ridge. Not at all. Not even a little tiny bit.
One would think Ridge would be nothing but gracious about his aging dad. But, no. Instead, he starts to question his father’s place at Forrester Creations. Talk about family loyalty. RJ isn’t going to sit back and watch as his granddad is pushed out of his place at the company, though. Eric and Stephanie built the fashion house from the ground up, after all.
RJ takes a strong stance about where he sees Eric in the business hierarchy. FC wouldn’t be what it is today without Eric’s blood, sweat, tears, and talents. He’s not going to let anyone push him out — or even think about changing his role.
Will this rift cause a fallout between Ridge and his father and son? The last thing any Forrester needs is a full-on family war with everything else going on. There’s enough danger lurking around town (looking at you, Sheila), they don’t need a hostile environment in the design room, too.
