If she’s going to throw her hat in the ring, she has to mean it. Carter is sweet, sensitive, and truly ready for forever love. Okay, yes, he is just coming off a breakup, and this would be a complete and utter rebound, but hey, some rebounds end in happily-ever-after, right?

Katie knows honesty is the best policy in this case. She decides to be blunt, upfront, and voice her intentions. Will this put her on the path to a long-lasting romance full of passion, mutual respect, and a bright future? We can only hope.

Meanwhile, Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears) is back in action. He turns up at work at Forrester Creations to try to swing a new deal to keep him at the company. But, what will this deal be, exactly? This could be a turning point for the messy legal eagle.
