B&B spoilers for Wednesday, October 12, 2022, tease Sheila Carter turning up the heat to keep Deacon Sharpe’s attention squarely on her.
Deacon (Sean Kanan) is all caught up in a huge messy mess by keeping Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) around. It’s basically one big panic attack knowing any day, at any time, anyone can show up at his door at the very wrong moment, and everything will fall apart.

Why does he keep carrying on this secret double life instead of turning Sheila in? Is it the money? Is he developing feelings for her? Maybe it’s a little from column A and a little from column B. Either way, it’s still happening, and he’s growing weary.
Sheila knows all too well that Deacon is under pressure to keep this all under wraps and them both out of jail. To her credit, she can even appreciate the toll it’s taking on him. Hiding a “dead” woman isn’t easy, especially when Sheila isn’t exactly an ideal houseguest or “dead” person. She doesn’t listen, she doesn’t stay put, and she barely stays hidden.
While none of that is going to change, she does need to make it up to her bestie. So, she sets out to impress his pants off (maybe literally, maybe not) and show him she’s worth the risk. It’s a bold move, but hey, a girl has to do what a girl has to do, right?
What is this big play? Who knows when it comes to a maniacal, dubious, self-centered con like the She-Devil? The only thing we know for sure is once she sets her mind to something, there is no stopping her. Deacon best keep his wits about him and his eyes wide open because he needs to be at the top of his game.
