On today’s The Bold and the Beautiful episode, Sheila Carter worried that her afternoon delight with Deacon could cost her dearly.

Bold and the Beautiful Recap Highlights

In addition, Hope (Annika Noelle) seemed to be seriously considering prioritizing her clothing line over her family and marriage. Now, let’s dig a little deeper into what exactly happened.

Sheila Carter Considers The Consequences

After ripping the shirt off Deacon’s (Sean Kanan) back, Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) guided him to the nearby sofa bed, and the two proceeded to do the deed. In the afterglow, Sheila delighted in being able to spend this time with Deacon…even if she couldn’t stay the night.

In an effort to make the most of their limited time together, the two engaged in a second roll in the proverbial hay before finally taking time to catch their breath properly.

For a time, Sheila was contented. And then she started to really take in her surroundings. And then she started to really ponder the possible ramifications of her decision.

“What the Hell did I just do?!” she groused, realizing all at once that, “Bill is the reason that I’m a free woman right now. He’s the only thing standing between myself in prison.”

Prison? Prison?! Deacon recognized that prison would be the least of Sheila’s worries were Bill to figure out what they’d been up to. And if they were planning to continue doing what it is that they do so well together, they’re going to have to be well aware of the potential consequences. “[Bill] thinks of himself as some kind of mob boss, or a Kingpin, or something, and he will act accordingly.”

“Bill can never, ever find out what just transpired,” Sheila blanched. “He could kill me. He could kill us both.”

B&B Recap: A Ponderous Thing

In the design office at Forrester Creations, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Taylor (Krista Allen) pondered Hope’s next move. Would she allow Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) back aboard Hope For The Future? More importantly, would Liam (Scott Clifton) support such a move if it were made? Poor Hope. They do not envy her and the position that she’s in.

Speaking of Hope, she was incredulous that Thomas stood before her, asking for another chance. Could he at least understand why she’s so reticent? Of course, he could!

But Thomas swore that he was a changed man. He’s seeing a therapist — a wholly impartial, objective therapist who must assuredly is not his mother — and he’s making real inroads.

And he understood that he was asking her to take a risk, a VERY big risk, but he had no intention of letting her down. Not this time.

In want of her tablet, Steffy interrupted the pair and took the opportunity to wonder whether or not anything had been decided. Hope hadn’t made her decision. But Thomas noted that she hadn’t outright said no, so that was something.

Steffy wondered if that meant Hope was considering the prospect of rehiring Thomas. Yes, that was exactly what that meant. What will Liam think about that? Good question. Equally good, what will Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) think about it?

Ah yes, Brooke. The woman most devastated by Thomas’s subterfuge. A sincere apology to and forgiveness from her would go a long way in swaying Hope one way or the other. So, why doesn’t Thomas work on making nice with Brooke, and she’ll head home for a serious discussion with Liam? Plan? Plan!

Dollar Bill Spencer Has A Secret

There was something going on with Bill, something more to his involvement with Sheila than meets the eye, but try as he might, Liam couldn’t figure out exactly what it was — and Bill sure wasn’t telling. And that’s highly disconcerting. If nothing else, Liam prayed that his father would keep an eye — a watchful eye — on Sheila and that he was not in this relationship with blinders on. From the look on Bill’s face, it seemed more than clear that Liam’s worries are for naught.
