The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Sheila Showed Steffy Who’s Boss

The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Wednesday, September 8, 2021, features the war between Steffy Forrester Finnegan and Sheila Carter intensifying. The battle reached a boiling point when Sheila betrayed her son to stick it to her daughter-in-law.

Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) tried to get Finn (Tanner Novlan) to see the light but it did no good. He was convinced Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) was sickly and basically told Steffy to back off. “People don’t just collapse,” he said as if he’s never come across a patient who faked an illness in the vast city of L.A. Sure, Finn. Sure.

B&B Recap: Sheila Won This Round

Sheila even maintained her story when left alone with Steffy. She fluttered her eyes open, pretended to just wake up, and tried to garner sympathy. Steffy was not buying it. Not for one hot minute. So, Sheila did the only thing she could do and threw her son under the bus.

Sheila told Steffy to go through her phone and find the texts between herself and Finn. Steffy did and boy, was she shocked to see Finn sending mom a heart emoji. “See, Steffy, my son loves me.” Sheila then mocked Steffy and made it crystal clear she would always be a part of Finn’s life and there is nothing Steffy can do about it.

Back at the office, Zende Dominguez Forrester (Delon de Metz) grew tired of Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) going on and on about Finn. He made an excuse to join Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) in the main office. It was there they got the lowdown on Sheila’s latest antics. Zende joined in on the panic and worry. Paris took off to the hospital.

Finn was surprised by Paris’s show of support. Paris made note that she was there because she was sure Steffy wasn’t being much help. Much like with Sheila, Finn either missed or ignored that outright attempt at manipulation. He was just too happy to have a shoulder to lean on.
