The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Ridge Plotted to Expose Quinn

The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Wednesday, September 22, 2021, features Justin Barber getting a strange but urgent request from Ridge Forrester and Brooke Logan Forrester. He was given a mission whether he chose to accept it or not.

The Bold and the Beautiful Recap Highlights

Katie Logan (Heather Tom) updated Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) on her last visit to Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) and Quinn Fuller Forrester’s (Rena Sofer) noticeable absence. That was enough for Ridge. He called up Justin (Aaron D. Spear) and began a full-fledged investigation into his father’s wife.

Ridge ordered Justin to follow Quinn’s every move. Where she goes, who she talks to, where she spends her time (especially her nights). The general consensus was Eric shouldn’t have taken Quinn back but since he had, it was time to show him the light. Justin agreed to the job – mostly because he had no choice.

B&B Recap: Layers of Love

Justin won’t have far to go to find Quinn – if he keeps his eyes open. She was over in the design office making out with her lover. She and Carter Walton (Lawerence Saint-Victor) agreed to continue their affair. Why not? Eric wanted it, they wanted it, the universe wanted it. Quinn could have a hot passionate love story with Carter and her calm, peaceful fairytale with Eric.

Carter was concerned when he heard Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) was in the know, though. Quinn assured him her bestie wouldn’t spill the beans but Carter wanted to keep everything on the lowest down-low level. The last thing they wanted or needed was a scandal that would embarrass Eric.

The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Katie Wouldn’t Give Up

Meanwhile, Katie showed up back at the Forrester mansion to whine and pry. She pushed and prodded about where Quinn was in the middle of a workday (hmm, maybe at the office). Why was he home alone again (because he’s semi-retired, Katie)? Eric did his best to dismiss Katie’s insinuations. His marriage is fine, he told her. He was fine too. He and Quinn had a nice arrangement that’s working for them.

The word “arrangement” set Katie off and had her digging deeper. Eric continued slipping up, using suspicious-sounding language. Katie agreed to back off, for now, but it was clear she didn’t exactly mean it.
