The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Thursday, October 7, 2021, features Deacon Sharpe’s L.A. homecoming getting very mixed reviews. Hope Logan Spencer was happy to have her dad back but no one else wanted him around.

The Bold and the Beautiful Recap Highlights

Hope (Annika Noelle) gathered her husband, mother, and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) to the cottage for a surprise. She had big news for them. Unfortunately, before she could explain, there was a knock at the door and the surprise announced itself. Deacon (Sean Kanan) came through the door, dropped his bag, and announced Daddy is home.

B&B Recap: Deacon Isn’t Going Anywhere

Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) was visibly shaken and upset by the bombshell homecoming. She immediately went on the defense and tried to banish Deacon from the home. She was not going to put up with him hurting Hope again. How dare he even show up?

Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Ridge backed her up. They did not like this either. Liam even tried to sternly insist Deacon get out of his house. He is not welcome here. Not now, not ever! Deacon did not budge. He was here because Hope wanted him here. He is a changed man and is ready to prove it to everyone.

Hope put a stop to her family pushing her dad away. She made it clear he is here because SHE reached out to him. She revealed she has been writing and connecting with him for months while he was in jail. Now that he’s out, she wants to get to really know her dad.

The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: All About Paris

Meanwhile, Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) continued being the talk of the office. She and Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) returned to Forrester Creations where she received high praise from everyone.

Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) went on and on about how great Paris is. Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) felt much the same. In fact, he pulled her into the design office for more help with his designs – and so he could go on and on about how amazing she is.
