On today’s The Bold and the Beautiful episode, Taylor Hayes and Bill delighted in giving Sheila Carter a hard time.
Bold and the Beautiful Recap Highlights
In addition, Bill (Don Diamont) made a big spiel to Katie (Heather Tom) about why he’s going to eventually win her back and Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) attempted to assuage his guilty conscience. Now, let’s dig a little deeper into what exactly happened.
Gloating Becomes Taylor Hayes
Having set for the proverbial fire and brimstone that Taylor (Krista Allen) and Bill rained down on her, Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) bitterly inquired if they were finished, only for Taylor to preen that it was Sheila who was finished “in every sense of the word. You’re locked up in here, cut off from anyone you ever claimed to care about forever.“
Sheila groused that that was all down to Bill and what he did. Using her the way that he did. “I never should have trusted you.” But trust him, she did, and that proved to be her downfall.

And oh, how Bill had sacrificed to get Sheila where she is today — but he would have sacrificed even more “for the sake of my family, my loved ones, the next generation. So you wouldn’t be a threat to them. And now you’re not. You will die in prison alone and unloved. The two things you fear most. They are your fate now. Your unescapable fate.”
Sheila continued to insist that it was Bill who forced such a fate upon her, and when Taylor suggested she accept some responsibility, Sheila countered that she should do the same. After all, it was Taylor who shot Bill in cold blood. She should be in a nearby cell for that act. Except there’s the little matter of Bill clearing all that up with the feds. That displeased Sheila greatly.
B&B Recap: Same Old Song
Despite herself, Katie can’t find an answer to Carter’s question — which you may or may not recall was akin to “does Bill’s heroic actions make her see him in a new, appealing light.”
Carter granted Katie that the situation is complicated. “We thought Bill lost his mind, was in love with Sheila, when really he was doing this big heroic thing protecting all of us from her.” Still, he’d like an answer…which Katie is still unable to provide.
Things take a turn for the awkward when Bill returns, asks for a moment alone with Katie, and is told that whatever he has to say can be said in front of Carter, so he proceeds to do just that.
“My life isn’t a life without you in it,” began Bill, who added that it would kill him to lose Katie. And make no mistake, he respects whatever Carter and Katie have going on, and he even respects Carter — but he’s not going to give up.
“We share a son, a family. And we can have that again. If you just give me one more chance. I think I have proven to everyone with this Sheila situation that I will go to any lengths necessary to get what I want.”
Bill said that he’s fairly certain Katie still loves him too, deep down in her soul, and challenged her to tell him that he’s wrong.
Deacon Sharpe Seeks Forgiveness
At Il Giardino, Trattoria Rustica, Deacon practically demanded that Hope (Annika Noelle) let him fix her a heaping helping of something, complaining when she attempted to make tracks, and pried ever so slightly into her personal life, her marriage to Liam (Scott Clifton) specifically.
After Hope finally took her leave, Deacon was left with nothing more than his memories of betraying a besotted Sheila. Eventually, they spurred him into heading to the jail to see Sheila face-to-face. He just had to know. Is there any conceivable chance that Sheila doesn’t hate him?
