On today’s The Bold and the Beautiful episode, Finn Finnegan intuits that something is amiss at Forrester Creations.
In addition, Hope (Annika Noelle) took time out of her busy schedule to romance her husband, and RJ (Joshua Hoffman) and Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) actually bonded like brothers should. Now, let’s dig a little deeper into what exactly happened.
After taking a dip in the ocean — which left Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) all alone while corraling their brood of little ones into bed — Finn (Tanner Novlan) sought to make it up to her by showering her with praise, kisses, and *swoon* really listening to whatever she might have to say.
Quickly deducing that all was not well at the office, Finn bid Steffy sit and elucidate. And while Steffy hemmed and hawed, Finn correctly guessed that she was worried about Hope For The Future, but not the line itself, given how impressive the latest sales numbers were.

That left the people behind the line, namely the designer and his muse. “Was it a mistake? Letting Hope and Thomas work together,” wondered Finn.
Steffy granted that it might have been — but through no fault of Thomas’s. She’d meant what she said when she assured Liam (Scott Clifton) that he had nothing to worry about where Thomas and Hope were concerned. On the other hand….scratch that. Steffy decided that rather than dwell on the horror that was seeing Hope and Thomas excitedly holding hands. She’d rather get back to those kisses that were on offer.
Meanwhile, Hope did her utmost to treat Liam to a romantic evening at their abode, and she rather made his night with the revelation that the children were on sleepovers. Yes, both of them!
Liam slightly lowered the tone of the evening by broaching the subject of Thomas — his clumsy attempt at apologizing for doubting Hope and her ability to keep her ex at bay — but Hope got things decidedly back on track.
Post coitus, Liam beamed that Hope had never been more passionate or in the moment. Hope, in turn, reiterated how important it was to her to show Liam how much she loved him. That said, she returned to thinking about Thomas.
Speaking of Thomas, RJ found him hard at work on yet another HFTF original and playfully teased him about what a slave driver their father must be, keeping him chained to the desk at all hours.
The brothers managed a real civil conversation, even as RJ raked up all the trespasses Thomas committed over the intervening years. At least RJ firmly believes that his brother has changed — even if he did drive home the point that Hope was a happily married lady.
Talk then turned to Ridge’s (Thorsten Kaye) fervent desire that RJ would join the family firm, and RJ half begged for Thomas to intercede on his behalf — but Thomas is staying well and truly out of it. He did, however, extend RJ an invitation to come down to see how the sausage is made…so to speak.
