In today’s The Bold and the Beautiful recap, Liam demanded a divorce from his current wife and then made a beeline for his ex.

In addition, R.J. (Joshua Hoffman) learned of Hope’s (Annika Noelle) indiscretion and did his best not to judge. [Is he really Ridge and Brooke’s son?] Now, let’s dig a little deeper into what exactly happened.
The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: The Beginning Of The End
A blubbering Hope granted Liam (Scott Clifton) that she understands why he’s hurt and angry with her, but she pleaded with him to give her and their marriage another chance, for the sake of the family. But, Liam wasn’t having it.
He railed at Hope for gaslighting him for months on end when he came to her with his suspicions that all was not on the up and up with her and Thomas (Matthew Atkinson). He railed at her for causing him to be unable to forget the sight of her kissing his mortal enemy. He railed at her for pursuing Thomas.

Hope choked out that she was sorry. So, so sorry. And that’s really all she can say. She doesn’t know why she’s feeling the way she’s feeling. She’s been trying to fight against it. She’s just sorry. So, so sorry.
Liam spit out that he didn’t believe her. He wishes that he could. He wishes that he could accept her apology. But he can’t. He’s tired, really tired. He can’t do….this anymore. He doesn’t know who Hope is anymore. What’s more, he doesn’t want to be married to Hope anymore. Liam then dropped the bomb that he wanted a divorce.
B&B Recap: Oh, Brother
Liam lumbered out of the cabin, phoned Wyatt (Darin Brooks), and asked that his brother meet him at the office. When Wyatt arrived, Liam revealed that he’d be joining Bill (Don Diamont) as soon as he returned from his jaunt aboard the Stella Maris. Also, he’d asked Hope for a divorce. To quote Wyatt: “Oh sh…..oot!”
Liam then went on about having regrets. So, so many regrets. He then got a sparkle in his eye and ran off.
Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Toss Up
At the Cliff House, Finn (Tanner Novlan) and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) debated the likelihood of Liam forgiving Hope for her trespass. He didn’t think it was very likely; she disagreed. Whatever the case, Finn declared that there was at least one couple who could weather a storm like that, and that’s the two of them. [Oh, if he only knew.]
Soon after Finn left for his shift at the hospital, Steffy was joined by an antsy Liam, who’d flown out of Spencer Publications after declaring to Wyatt that he had so many regrets. After telling Steffy that he’d asked Hope for a divorce, Liam pulled her in for a smooch. For her part, Steffy pushed him away and reacted with a mix of shock and horror.
B&B Recap: Visitors Welcome
Meanwhile, Hope sat a visiting R.J. down and relayed for him — as maddeningly slow as she possibly could — what exactly went down in Rome between her and Thomas, kiss and all. To say that the young man was surprised would be an understatement.
