On today’s The Bold and the Beautiful episode, Deacon Sharpe gets high praise for little effort and waited on by some suspicious…ly familiar-looking characters.

Bold and the Beautiful Recap Highlights

In addition, Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) wondered if he was about to be the odd man out in favor of Bill (Don Diamont) while Taylor (Krista Allen) was provided an opportunity to get a load off her chest. Now, let’s dig a little deeper into what exactly happened.

Deacon Sharpe Sure Does Employ The Strangest Folk

Hope (Annika Noelle) surprised Deacon (Sean Kanan) at Il Giardino, Trattoria Rustica, and suggested that they were long overdue for a conversation about Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown).

Though he gulped and questioned why Hope would want to talk about Sheila, of all things, Deacon was soon comforted by words of praise from his daughter. How proud she was that he’d joined forces with Bill and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) to rid them of Sheila’s malignant influence.

Enter two staffers (special guest stars James Corden and Little Nas X) who eavesdropped on the father/daughter convo, thrilled to hear such declarations as “that nine-toed freak is finally behind bars where she should have been, to begin with,” and catered to the duo who decided they’d love a Cappuccino, easy on the whipped cream.

B&B Recap: Questions, Questions

At Forrester Creations, Katie (Heather Tom) was slightly chagrined to be drawn out of her flashback to the night she slapped and kissed Bill by Bill himself. Just what was he doing there?

Rather than immediately admit that he’d made plans to meet Taylor, Bill attempted to sell Katie on having dinner with him later that evening. In fact, he’d already arranged the spread, not to mention he’s fumigated and exorcised the manse in the wake of “Vampira’s” exit. He so wants Katie to give him a chance. Just one more chance. But Katie stuck to her guns.

Across the hall, Taylor’s sudden appearance caused Carter to emerge from his Katie-induced reverie and wonder just what she was doing there. Taylor explained the Bill of it all and headed for the office across the hall, where she located the man in question.

When Taylor wondered why Bill arranged their little get-together, he revealed that they would soon be embarking on a little trip…to the local jailhouse…to see Sheila. He thinks that it will be good for Taylor. Katie concurred that confronting the villainess might be exactly what Taylor needs.

Taylor agreed, then issued a sincere apology to Bill for shooting him all those years ago. Forgiven and forgotten! Plus, with that immunity deal in place, Taylor will never again have to fear going to prison for her actions.

Once Taylor and Bill took their leave — but not before Bill let Katie know that he has no intention of stopping until he gets his family, and her back, back — Carter came over to check up on his gal.

The twosome made small talk about Sheila’s predicament and the roles that Bill and Ridge played, and Carter granted that he could understand Bill wanting his old life back. “Any man would.” Also, he’s well aware that they all owe Bill a debt of gratitude. But has that changed the way Katie feels about him?

Sheila Carter Can’t Believe Her Eyes

Sheila cackled at the sight. “A victim and his shooter.” Truly an “ironic pairing.” As is her wont, Sheila played the injured party, arguing that what Bill had subjected her to was cruel and unusual, and implored Taylor to see her side of things.

Taylor, however, wasn’t in the least bit interested. Instead, she took Sheila to task for her litany of crimes — Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) shooting in particular — and promised her that moving forward, “the name Sheila Carter will be nothing to my family and you will be erased from our lives, forever.”
