On the Monday, February 24 episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Poppy confides in an unlikely source. She spoke to Sheila about her mama drama. Sheila still wants to see her son. Could Poppy be the key to granting her wish?
Drink Your Feelings Away
All roads return to Il Giardino, especially if you want to drink your sorrows. Not only do they have the best pizza in town, but they also have the stiffest drinks possible. Poppy (Romy Park) is not a drinker. She’s more of the pill-popping kind. However, she had the urge to face her feelings in the bottle. She wanted Il Giardino’s cheapest drink to get her drunk as quickly as possible.
Poppy needed to forget what Finn (Tanner Novlan) told her. He said that he had to tell his wife that Luna (Lisa Yamada) was his daughter. Little does Sheila know what’s going on. She still has no idea that Luna is her granddaughter. Yet, she could tell that Poppy was having a difficult time. Her daughter drove her to drink.

Comparing Family Ties
The conversation shifted in a different direction. Seeing Poppy obviously made Sheila think about her son. She couldn’t help but miss him. Sheila still wants him in her life. After all, she’s become reformed. Sheila believes in giving people second chances, even Luna.
Her motherly instincts kicked in. During her conversation with Poppy, she reminds her that she knows Finn better than Li (Naomi Matsuda). In fact, she knows him intimately. This caused Poppy to drop her drink. She already has Sheila beat in that department. However, Sheila doesn’t know about Poppy’s secret.
Once the truth comes out, the family dynamics could change. Sheila just wants her son back in her life. Poppy could be the one to grant her that wish. After all, Finn will need his mother around. It’s likely that Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will head for the hills once she finds out the truth. Finn will have no other choice than to turn to his family.
