On today’s The Bold and the Beautiful episode, Brooke Logan and Ridge enjoyed one another’s company, and the former gave the latter a little peak of what he’s missing out on. Totally by accident, of course.
In addition, Hope (Annika Noelle) spent a hot night with Liam (Scott Clifton)…and Thomas (!?!). Also, Taylor’s (Krista Allen) kids rallied around her when they heard tale that Ridge was deeming to spend time with his “other family.” Now, let’s dig a little deeper into what exactly happened.
Much to Brooke’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) chagrin, Hope begged out of the family meal she’d prepared/ordered from Il Giardino. That whittled the guest list down to two attendees: Brooke and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye). Upon being apprised of the change, Ridge didn’t seem to mind so much.
The former marrieds got down to the very serious business of catching up — and good-naturedly teasing one another about Brooke’s cooking skills or lack thereof.

Brooke praised Ridge’s heroics, Ridge admitted that Deacon (Sean Kanan) had actually been of immense help, and the two agreed that they were cautiously optimistic that Thomas had indeed changed his way for the better. Oh, and they both seriously regret the fact that Ridge hadn’t just talked to Brooke about his suspicions rather than giving her the cold shoulder and divorcing her against her will.
After the meal was finished and dessert served, Brooke and Ridge’s confab took on a decidedly nostalgic tinge. They recalled how RJ [remember him?] had once prepared them breakfast in bed and insisted on cleaning the mess he’d made in the kitchen himself, only to pour dish liquid into the dishwasher and cause a tsunami of suds.
“No matter what happens in the future, we always have our memories…our incredible memories,” pointed out Brooke. It seemed like the two might kiss, but Brooke pulled away. It was time for her to retire for the evening. Ridge offered to see everything was made right downstairs, and Brooke took off.
Sometime later, she remerged in a short blue teddy and robe and seemed surprised that Ridge was still there. The mood between the two was sexually charged, but Brooke again pulled back. She and Taylor had made a pact, and she intended to honor it…but then her robe fell off her shoulders, and she and Ridge really seemed like they might kiss.
At the cabin, Hope prepared a romantic evening for her husband. Liam was more than heartened. Of course, the mood was slightly dampened by a sudden phone call from Thomas, but they quickly rallied and began making out.
But who should Hope fantasize was standing before her, but Thomas?! Liam wondered what was concerning his partner, but Hope insisted that it was nothing and pulled him over onto the nearby couch.
Thomas and Taylor gathered ’round Steffy at the cliff house and queried how she was holding up in light of Finn (Tanner Novlan) resuscitating Sheila (Kimberlin Brown). Once Steffy assured them that she was fine, the topic of conversation turned to the night that Ridge and Brooke were spending together.
Taylor maintained that it was a family dinner, not a “cozy dinner for two.” [If only she knew]. And besides, “Brooke is a grown woman, and so am I, and we made a promise to each other. Honesty and integrity when it comes to your dad. We’re going to stick to it. Simple.”
