B&B Spoilers Recap For May 25: Li Finnegan Spied Something Suspicious

B&B spoilers recap for Wednesday, May 25, 2022, features Li Finnegan showing up to see Steffy Forrester Finnegan and putting a salacious spin on an innocent moment.

B&B Spoilers Recap Highlights

Li (Naomi Matsuda) spent a few hours caring for Finn (Tanner Novlan) before leaving him to rest (what else was he going to do?) to check in at the cliff house. She wanted to see her grandson and make nice with her daughter-in-law.

Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) spent time moping around with Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) following her every step like a lost puppy dog. He was there for whatever she needed, even if it was just company. When things got emotional, Liam even hugged her. And, that hug caused a lot of problems.

B&B Recap: A Very Wrong Impression

Li showed up and looked through the window just in time to see Steffy in Liam’s arms and thought the worst of it. She eventually knocked to come in but was disappointed to hear Hayes was still with the nanny. She was also a bit upset Steffy told the children Finn was gone.

Li was quite cold the entire visit, especially towards Liam, and very much when Steffy brought up the idea of a memorial. They need closure. However, the more Steffy gently pushed, the more Li pulled away. Her son is still with her, she said. She refused to think of him as dead.

Steffy was understandably confused. After Li left, she wondered where to go from here. Liam had no answer but let her lean on his shoulder.

As for Li, she went back to Finn and begged him to come back to the land of the living. She worried for Hayes and Steffy. She shrugged off the fact her unconscious son’s family still thinks he’s dead.

The B&B Spoilers Recap: Enough, Mom!

Meanwhile, at the cabin, Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) once again stuck her nose where it did not belong. She gave her unwanted opinion to Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) about the amount of time Liam was spending over there. Why not bring Kelly here? (Um, because Kelly also needs her mother.)

Hope finally reached her breaking point and put Brooke in her place. Liam’s attentiveness at Steffy’s house wasn’t an issue and she wasn’t about to make it one. Back off!
