B&B Spoilers Recap For July 20: Mike Stuck To His Lying Liar Story

B&B spoilers recap for Wednesday, July 20, 2022, features Mike Guthrie standing by his bestie, Dr. John ‘Finn’ Finnegan asking tough questions, and Hope Logan Spencer checking in with her dear daddy.

B&B Spoilers Recap Highlights

The interrogation of Mike (Ken Hanes) did not go well — at least not for Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), Baker (Dan Martin), and Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang). It did go beautifully for Team Sheila, though. Mike stuck to his guns and claimed his innocence over and over.

The trio knew he was lying, but there wasn’t much they could do about it. God forbid they bring in some top cops to question him. If a world-class dressmaker and his wife can’t break this man, no one can, amirite?

B&B Recap: Mommie Drama

Meanwhile, Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) picked Finn (Tanner Novlan) off the floor and put him back in bed. There, all better, eh? Not so much. Finn kept insisting on seeing Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). The more he asked, the more irritated Sheila became. She did promise to return Finn to his family one day. Sure.

Finn started putting more pieces together, and it didn’t go well. He started questioning how he got there, who really saved him, how Sheila did it, how she fed him, and how much she fed him. The list went on and on. Sheila eventually had no choice but to admit Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) was the one who originally got him from the hospital.

What Sheila was hesitant to admit is what happened to Finn’s other mother. He pushed and pushed, and Sheila’s eyes went dark. She leaned down on his bed and prepared herself to spill.

The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Hope Spilled To Deacon

Over at Il Giardino, Hope (Annika Noelle) questioned how Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) could still work there after finding Finn dead in the alley. Is he in therapy for his trauma? And no, talking to Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) didn’t count. Of course, he wasn’t. He’s a tough guy.

Before long, they were gossiping about Mike and surmising how much that man knew. They were sure he was the key to finding Sheila. Deacon hoped it would all work out soon, and Sheila would be caught before she could do more damage.
