B&B Spoilers Recap For January 31: Sheila Gave Herself A Pep Talk

B&B spoilers recap for Monday, January 31, 2022, features Sheila Carter priming herself for her next win, Deacon talking out of turn, and Ridge Forrester’s kids realizing his wife did something very, very wrong.

B&B Spoilers Recap Highlights

Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) had herself quite a day. She drilled into Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) for a hot minute before realizing his lips were sealed. That’s okay, she knew all she needed to know — her plan worked! Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) did, in fact, get drunk and act a fool. She made her way back to the hotel to congratulate herself and work on the next leg of her scheme.

B&B Recap: Lies And Secrets

Meanwhile, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) turned back up at the bar to berate Deacon for working there (even though the whole gang seems to enjoy the place). The men got into it over Brooke with Ridge warning Deacon to stay away. No one wants you here, especially Brooke! “Are you sure about that?” Deacon asked. Whoops.

As for Brooke, she was at the cottage whining about her mistakes and cover-up efforts. What if something goes wrong? Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) assured her all would be well. Ridge would never ever ever know. They were wrong.

Not only did Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) learn the truth but Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) did too. They trusted Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri). He’s an honest kid and Brooke is just about the biggest liar in town. It fit.

The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Grace Took Control

Over in the design room, Grace Buckingham (Cassandra Creech) snuck in, grabbed her purse, and stormed off without anyone noticing. Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) and Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) managed to stop kissing long enough to bounce between being together or not…until Paris had to leave for a meeting.

Paris was barely out the door before Grace stormed back in to have it out with Carter. Paris belongs with a good guy like Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz), not a playboy like Carter. Watch yourself!
