B&B spoilers recap for Friday, January 28, 2022, features Douglas Forrester throwing shade and naming names while Hope worked to bury her mother’s secret.

B&B Spoilers Recap Highlights

Douglas’s (Henry Joseph Samiri) unusually down attitude had Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) on alert. So much so that once alone, Thomas sat his boy down to get to the root of the problem.

Douglas opened up about Grandma kissing Santa and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) telling him to drop it and move on. Thomas pried even more and helped Douglas truly remember what happened on New Year’s Eve. Who was this Santa? Think hard, kiddo. The truth came flooding back to the precious kiddo. Santa was Mommy’s daddy!

B&B Recap: The Not-So Calm Before The Storm

Speaking of Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan), he assured Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) the kiss secret was safe with him. Unfortunately, it was not. No sooner did Hope leave than Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) made her presence known.

Sheila was overjoyed to hear Brooke’s back on the bottle and flashed back to swapping those labels for the umpteenth time (in case you didn’t know). She then teased and taunted Deacon about his role that night.

Back at the cottage, Hope showed up to assure her mom she took care of her dad. Brooke and Liam Spencer (Liam Spencer) were relieved. However, it was only temporary. Brooke knew little Douglas was her wild card. She was right, of course.

The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Grace Got An Eyeful

Over at the office, Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) caught Grace Buckingham (Cassandra Creech) having a serious discussion with her daughter. She simply could not wrap her head around Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) keeping Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) at bay. Why not pick the perfect man?

Grace got her answer after taking her leave. She came back to the design room and found Paris kissing Carter. She lurked in the doorway shooting secret daggers at the couple. How dare they!
