All eyes were on Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) as he retold his Santa story. No, Gramps, it wasn’t the song, I really saw Grandma Brooke kissing Santa! The Forresters were understandably confused.

B&B Recap: Grandma Of The Year…Not

Over at the cabin, Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) went into a spiral and demanded Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) call Douglas home. She did and Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) reluctantly obliged — which also confused the Forresters. Can they not have one night with the kid?!

Douglas happily recounted telling his other family about Grandma. Brooke was mortified, of course, but at least it seemed like they didn’t put the pieces together. Brooke then asked to speak to Douglas alone. And, boy did she.

Brooke was near tears as she explained to Douglas that the holidays and good times were over and it was time to move on. What happened last year needs to stay there and they all needed to move forward. Yes, it’s funny she kissed Santa but why dwell on it when there were better things to talk about? Douglas agreed but seemed rather put off by Brooke’s show.

Meanwhile, Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) explained the terms of her relationship with her mom. Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) wants marriage and she wants fun so they’re just going to have fun. Grace Buckingham (Cassandra Creech) didn’t like that at all.

Back at the loft, Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) got a lovely surprise from Katie Logan (Heather Tom). Don’t get too excited, fans. Katie admitted she was close to taking back Dollar Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Carter told her he was falling for yet another unavailable lady.
