B&B Spoilers Recap For August 5: Sheila Carter Lurked Outside the Cliff House

B&B spoilers recap for Monday, August 5, 2022, features the Finnegans talking things through, Brooke Logan Forrester issuing a warning to her daughter, and Sheila Carter continuing her dangerous spiral.

B&B Spoilers Recap Highlights

Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) arrived home to her husband and they caught up on their day. Finn (Tanner Novlan) boasted about seeing his mom. Surprisingly, Steffy seems to have let go of her anger at Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda). Or, at least she’s happy when Finn mentions his mom it’s not the dreaded She-Devil.

Finn and Steffy agreed Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) is the worst. However, Finn did mention he did think his birth mother loved him — in all the wrong ways, but she did. Steffy was hesitant to even think about it.

B&B Recap: A Stalking Stalker

Meanwhile, Sheila was at the apartment obsessing over her son. She was sure her son loves her. She can feel it. Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) tried to talk some sense into her, but Sheila is not a woman who listens to logic. The more Deacon pushed, the more she pushed back.

Deacon finally had to get real and give her the straight truth. Her relationship with Finn is dead because she’s supposed to be dead. There is no going back. But, of course, once Deacon left for work, Sheila gave herself a little pep talk, popped on her disguise, and went to stalk to cliff house.

The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: The Games Continue

Over at the Logan house, Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) told Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) about what a great time Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Douglas Forrester (Django Ferri) were having. She did not tell them about Thomas making a play for her.

At Casa Forrester, quite the opposite was being said. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), Eric Forrester (John McCook), and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) loved seeing the two together. They even encouraged Thomas to go for more. Ever the pretend angelic angel, Thomas said he wanted to be sensitive to Hope and the cottage family.

Later, once alone, Taylor reminded Ridge his loyalties needed to stay with his son. And, then, she came onto him. At the same time, Thomas showed up at the cottage to talk to Hope.
