In The Bold and the Beautiful recap for November 3, 2023, Deacon struggles to keep Sheila on the straight and narrow.
In addition, Katie got a update, and Ridge continued to spare his dying father’s feelings. Now, let’s dig a little deeper into what exactly happened.
Another Happy Hour shift down, and Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) is tired. Dog tired. And ready to rename the whole shebang “Pathetic Hour.” After stripping off her boots, Sheila hinted that a foot massage wouldn’t go amiss.
Deacon (Sean Kanan), for his part, was game. Except there was the whole HR debacle of a boss getting handsy with his employee. And then there’s the missing piggy. That still gives him the willies. Sheila half-joked that the stump was just a reminder of the lengths she’s willing to go to get what she wants, and that perturbed Deacon.

His demand that she stop obsessing over Finn (Tanner Novlan) rubbed Sheila the wrong way and she gave him what-for in a most passive-aggressive manner.
Deacon huffed that he wanted to be enough for Sheila and reminded her that she had promised to steer clear of Finn and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Sheila demurred that she was indeed focusing solely on the life that she and Deacon were creating together. Unfortunately, Deacon didn’t look as though he bought that.
Over at Forrester Creations, after he reiterated that Eric (John McCook) had beat him fair and square and insisted that FC would be his father’s company forever and always, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) tasked Luna (Lisa Yamada) with locating some memorabilia of Eric’s that he had put in storage. Glory of glories, she managed to find Eric’s prized stapler amongst the haul. If that wasn’t a sign that he was doing the right thing, then Ridge didn’t know what could be.
Meanwhile, Katie (Heather Tom) learned RJ (Joshua Hoffman) had filled his parents in on Eric’s illness. She praised RJ and granted that everyone was just trying to do what was right by Eric. Brooke offered that no one was doing that more than Ridge, who handed his dad the win.
Eric reflected on the first day he came into the room….so young and full of dreams….if these walls could talk they’d have so many stories to tell….hard work determination, joy, heartbreak, creativity, beauty…so much beauty came out of the room….closing the book on everything just the way he wanted to.
Having had a most luxurious shower in her own home, Steffy joined Finn and got down to some serious business. She knew all about Deacon and Sheila’s *ahem* relationship. And as for how she knew, well, that was courtesy of Liam (Scott Clifton).
Rather than listen to Finn decry his love rival’s actions, Steffy declared that none of that matters. Sheila doesn’t even matter. She refused to let “that monster” separate her from her family ever again.
Steffy then decided to tell that to Sheila’s face and stalked over to Deacon’s place with Finn in hot pursuit. Once face-to-face with the She-Devil, Steffy warned her that L.A. was her town, her home. And she was not going to run away from anyone. If Sheila wanted to bring it, she should feel free!
